FIFITOOLS is built and maintained by one person. Every email is read by a human, and we try to reply within a few days.
What to write about
- Bug reports. Please include the tool name, your browser (e.g. Chrome on Windows), and what you expected vs. what happened. Screenshots help.
- Tool requests. Have an idea for a tool you'd use? Tell us the problem you're trying to solve — we can often suggest an existing tool or add a new one. You can also use the dedicated Request a tool form.
- Privacy & data requests. Under GDPR/CCPA you can ask what we hold about you (usually: nothing). Email us with "Privacy request" in the subject.
- Copyright & content concerns. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, please email us with details and we will respond promptly.
- Press & partnerships. We're happy to talk. Please introduce yourself and the outlet or company.
Response time
Most emails get a reply within 2–5 business days. If you don't hear back within a week, please resend — our spam filter occasionally over-reaches.
